Access to classrooms, resources, and eco kits is granted solely for personal learning or the organization that purchased the program. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform, and you must keep login credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate community guidelines, infringe intellectual property, or attempt unauthorized access.
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghivvel and its tutors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim will never exceed the fees you paid for the service during the preceding three months.
Most issues are resolved through our coordinator desk, so please contact us first. If a disagreement remains, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days, then submit the dispute to binding mediation or arbitration administered in Los Angeles County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Where consumer protections require it, you still retain any mandatory rights afforded by your local jurisdiction.
